Welcome to our Bellingham Real Estate page. I've been working in the Bellingham, Washington, population 75,220, area for over 14 years specializing in the Real Estate business. I have built up a successful Bellingham realty service the old-fashioned way, meeting people and getting out to where the homes and people are. Canadian buyers welcome.
I am now meeting buyers and sellers from all over the world, the high tech way. I still do all the same things that have made me successful offering service the "old-fashioned" way. I do open houses and visit homes all over Whatcom County to make sure I know what is available. I look up information in the MLS (Multiple Listing Service) and with the help of the title companies do lots of research into what is selling, where properties are selling and for what price they are selling for.
If you are a seller, you can rest assured that I am going to do everything I can to get your home exposure. I do a lot of print advertising. All the homes I list are in the MLS. I educate other agents about your property. I do open houses. The reason why my photo in the top banner has me on the phone, well, quite literally I spend a lot of time talking with a lot of people about real estate.
If you are a buyer, I will work with you to find the home that best suits your needs in the Bellingham or Whatcom County area. The reason why the MLS is so important is that I can help you find a home even if I didn't list the home myself.
